We emerged in early 2021 as a result of the sum of more than 13 years of experience of our founders.

Today, we are a team made up of full-time professionals and talents who are plugged into our structure according to the needs of each project. From designers, copywriters and recruiters to other researchers or strategists with similar values and excellence in delivery. We believe that people with different backgrounds help freshen perspectives and bring us further.

Mariana Marinho

Co-founder, Strategy and Research Director

Advertiser graduated from UFF, with a specialization in Strategic Planning from ESCS in Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Youth Psychosociology and Public Policies from FESPSP. She has accumulated experience working with clients, in agencies and consultancies. Her more recent roles include being part of the strategy team at BOX1824 and ALMAPBBDO.

With more than 13 years of experience, she has led several qualitative and quantitative studies, helping companies such as Itaú, Vivo, GNT, J & J, Grendene, Spotify and Youtube to establish a greater connection with people. Among several projects, she helped revise the sustainability strategy in light of the purpose of a large company; understand the meanings of the new feminine and develop a manual to encourage women to run for political office.

Bruno Soares

Co-founder, Strategy and Research Director

In his more than 13 years of experience, he became a specialist in consumer behavior and strategy and joined the team of companies such as GREY, Box1824 and Ambev. He holds a degree in Advertising from UFF, with a specialization in Strategic Planning from ESCS Lisbon and Miami Ad School RJ, a postgraduate degree in Sociopsychology from FESPSP and a qualification in Digital Product Leadership from TERA.

Throughout his career, he has led national and international projects for large companies such as AB InBev, Netflix, Nike, Globo, Vivo, Fiat, Porto and Ipiranga. Revealing the new “American Dream”, launching the first global campaign for a major streaming platform and creating the brand book for one of the main premium beer brands in the country, were some of the challenges he has already helped to solve.

A graduated journalist, Rafaela is a post-graduate student in Cultural Anthropology at PUCPR. For over 10 years in the communication market, she has worked in advertising agencies and contemporary art institutions. She was part of the strategy team at Think Eva, one of the main social innovation consultancies in Brazil focused on gender and intersections, working on projects for the technology, beverage, beauty and entertainment sectors.

In recent years, she has worked as a strategist in the areas of branding and communication, project management and research. She transits through the areas of documentary photography and photojournalism. In 2021, she won the Odette Costa award, granted by the Secretariat of Culture of Araçatuba, in the visual arts category for the photographic record of the show “Paubrasília”, Cia3 de Teatro.
